The public PrimeCharge website is hosted on Cloudflare. Availability-list email addresses submitted through this website are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure for that purpose.
PrimeCharge currently integrates with services including Xero and Stripe for the platform. Those providers may handle information under their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.
This marketing website does not currently use third-party analytics scripts.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Overseas handling of information
Some service providers we use — including Cloudflare for website hosting and availability-list storage, and Stripe and Xero for the PrimeCharge platform — may store or process information outside Australia. Where practicable, we will identify the relevant countries on this page once those provider arrangements have been confirmed for production publication.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
PrimeCharge uses technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and service.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should also take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials and devices.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, and satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we take appropriate steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it where practicable and permitted by law.
9. Access and correction
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
